Update 2020 Suzuki Swift revealed
The updated 2020 Swift has officially launched in Japan and is on sale. Suzuki Swift is one of the best selling Suzuki cars in India. Maruti Suzuki is likely to launch of the update 2020 Suzuki Swift during the festive season.
There are no major updates in the Suzuki Swift in International spec. Minor tweaks include redesigned headlamp clusters and a more aggressive-looking front bumper. There is a slightly different front grille with a honeycomb mesh design and chrome trim. The side profile is still the same as earlier, but the new alloy wheels and few new colors option adds much to the changes that represent the 2020 Swift.
Coming on to the interior, the update 2020 Suzuki Swift facelift gets a new dashboard, new seat fabrics, upholstery and headliners too. The higher-spec automatic versions now get paddle shifters as standard.
While there are minor changes to the Japanese-spec, the Indian-spec is expected to get more updates. In the Indian market, new Maruti Suzuki Swift is expected to get a 1.2-liter K12N DualJet petrol motor that is used in Maruti Suzuki Dzire. The BS6 engine produces 90 hp and max torque of 113 Nm of maximum power. Suzuki will offer to transmission options-5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT. The current Swift model is available with a BS6 1.2-litre VVT engine that generates 82 hp / 113 Nm. Mileage remains the same for both manual and automatic variants (21.21 kmpl).
