Triumph Speed Twin Breitling Unveiled
Triumph Motorcycles and Breitling have collaborated to create a limited edition Speed Twin as well as a new version of the watchmaker’s Top Time chronograph.
The Triumph Speed Twin Breitling Edition features a unique paint scheme that combines polychromatic blue and the original 1951 Triumph Thunderbird colors, as well as coach line detailing.
This model is limited to 270 units worldwide and features a perforated black leather seat with stitched detailing, bespoke instrument faces, and billet machined engine detailing with a dark anodized finish.
The Triumph Speed Twin Breitling edition also includes a fully adjustable Ohlins rear suspension with gloss black springs (unique to the model). There have been no mechanical changes, and the bike continues to use the 100 PS, 1200cc parallel-twin motor.
Furthermore, each bike is serially numbered (see handlebar clamp) and comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by Triumph CEO Nick Bloor and Breitling CEO Georges Kern.
All owners of the limited edition bike will also be able to purchase their own Breitling Top Time Triumph limited-edition chronograph with a personalized matching edition number (if requested by August 22, 2022).
The watches, which come in two versions, one of which is exclusive to Speed Twin owners, have an ice-blue dial, an opalescent, vertically brushed dial, and a calfskin leather strap.
In addition, the case backs of the watches are etched with a detailed design sketch of the Triumph parallel-twin engine, which collectors will appreciate.
