Skoda has stated that the Enyaq would be offered with a choice of rear- and all-wheel drive, three battery sizes, and five power outputs similar to other MEB platform-based machines. The largest battery is a 72kWh unit which drives an electric motor of 150kW (204hp) and has an official range of 500 km.
Skoda also said the model “combines brand-typical virtues such as generous space, emotional architecture, and well-balanced dimensions with safe yet enjoyable driving experience.” It added that the vehicle offers comparable interior space to the Kodiaq SUV (available in India), although being shorter than the new Octavia, which is on sale on international markets.
Skoda is currently concentrating its Indian portfolio on giving changes to the latest models. The business has already launched, along with the Karoq SUV, the refreshed Superbly and the Rapid 1.0 TSI sedans, and will carry the Kodiaq petrol soon. By 2021, the company is expected to be able to launch its midsize SUV based on Vision IN design for India.
