Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 Gets A Prices Hike Of Rs 5000
Royal Enfield quietly increased the cost of the Super Meteor 650 by Rs 5,000 for all three types just a few months after its launch.
The most affordable Astral variant is now Rs 3.54 lakh, the mid-spec Interstellar variant is now Rs 3.69 lakh and the top-of-the-line Celestial variant is now Rs 3.84 lakh.
The Astral is available in three single-tone colors: black, blue, and green, while the Interstellar is available in two grey and green dual-tone paint options. Other than that, these two are mechanically identical to one another. The top-spec Celestial gets a few items as standards such as the wide front windscreen, touring seat, and pillion rearrest.
The Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 is powered by a 648cc parallel-twin engine that produces 47hp and 52Nm. At 241 kg, it is the heaviest modern-day RE and also the only one to come equipped with the Tripper navigation pod.
