Tata Motors also came with a contactless sales platform I.e. CLICK-To-DRIVE where the entire process of buying a car can be done online sitting in the comfort of home. Also, the Car will get delivered at their home. Buyers just need to open any browser and visit Tata’s CLICK-TO-DRIVE website.
Now, The Tata Motors has five cars in its Portfolio –
- TIAGO – the entry-level hatchback
- TIGOR – the entry-level sedan
- ALTROZ – the premium hatchback
- NEXON – the compact SUV
- HARRIER – the mid-size SUV
Tata Motors also has another digital platform called IMAGINATOR dedicated to its premium hatchback – Tata Altroz. It gives the real-life experience of visiting a showroom with features like 360° exterior and interior views, color selection, accessories options and customization options virtually.
As of now, the CLICK-TO-DRIVE is active across about 750+ TATA motors outlets in the country. Once this is done the buyer will be contacted to inform the next steps by the sales consultant from the chosen dealership.
The initiative by TATA motors is an effective solution to buy cars and at the same time fight this coronavirus pandemic. Everything, from buying a car to get it delivered with communication tools like Emails, Whatsapp and Video calls are done online.
