Maruti Wagon R Tour H3 Launched, Priced At 5.39 Lakh
The Wagon R, especially the lower-spec variation, has been a popular vehicle not just among private purchasers but also among fleet operators. As a result of this tendency, the Maruti Wagon R Tour H3 has been released as a new variation for the fleet market.
The Maruti Wagon R Tour H3 joins the Tour variants of the Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Ertiga, and all three models are available through Maruti Suzuki Arena and commercial dealerships.
The Maruti Wagon R Tour H3 is available in pure petrol or a CNG model and costs Rs 5.39 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
The hatchback is based on the Wagon R LXI variation and comes in Superior White and Silky Silver color choices, as well as ABS with EBD, two front airbags, and front power windows.
A 1.0-liter, 3-cylinder petrol engine delivers 64hp and 89Nm in the petrol version of the Wagon R Tour H3. It also comes with Maruti’s DualJet technology, which includes an idle start-stop mechanism and a stated fuel economy of 25.4 km/l. The power level for the CNG variant decreases to 56hp and 82Nm, and it lacks the DualJet technology.
With the CNG variant, Maruti claims a fuel economy of 34.37 km/kg. Both models are equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Maruti Suzuki unveiled the redesigned Wagon R for the 2022 model year in February. Additional features, modest visual adjustments, and a rejig of variations have been added to the vehicle, as well as more efficient 1.0-liter and 1.2-liter petrol engines. It competes with hatchbacks such as the Hyundai Santro and the Datsun Go.
