Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Silhouette Unveiled Before Its Launch
The Grand Vitara, Maruti Suzuki’s eagerly anticipated mid-size SUV, has, at last, received a teaser. The new car’s silhouette may be seen in the teaser trailer. The Grand Vitara, which is a new class of SUVs, has a striking SUV design with a strong posture and a muscular shoulder line, as was indicated in the teaser. The Grand Vitara is already available for pre-order, and it will be unveiled on July 20.
Based on the Suzuki Global C platform, which also serves as the foundation for the Suzuki S Cross, Brezza, and Hyryder The Vitara and Hyryder will have a comparable wheelbase, and we anticipate that both vehicles will be of comparable size. The Vitara’s design from Suzuki’s foreign models will give it a universal identity. It is anticipated to sport LED taillights, LED headlights with LED DRLs, and plenty of body cladding. Front and rear silver skid plates are among the other anticipated design elements.
Many interior components are anticipated to be shared with the more recent Maruti vehicles. It is anticipated that leather will be extensively used for inserts and upholstery throughout the interior. A 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple Carplay, Arkymys sound tuning, and 55+ Suzuki Connect connected car functions, such as remote vehicle ignition, are among the other technological highlights. The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Silhouette will also have heated leather seats, a panoramic sunroof, an auto-dimming IRVM, a heads-up display, a 360-degree parking camera, push-button start/stop, automated climate control, and a 7-inch MID.
The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Silhouette and Toyota Hyryder will use the same engine. A 1.5-liter mild-hybrid engine with 101 horsepower and 136 Nm of torque makes up the first engine. It is coupled to a paddle-shifted 6-speed automatic transmission and a 5-speed manual transmission. The other engine is a 1.5-liter Atkinson Cycle engine with naturally aspirated fuel that produces 92 HP and 122 Nm of torque. This engine generates 115 hp in total when combined with an electric motor, which generates 79 hp and 141 Nm of torque. It has an e-drive transmission built-in. With this system and a 177.6 V lithium-ion battery, the Grand Vitara will be able to travel up to 25 kilometers on electricity alone.
