Hyundai Tucson Pre-Bookings Opened
The Tucson, a high-end SUV from Hyundai, will go on sale on August Fourth. Hyundai has started taking pre-orders for Tucson for a nominal fee of 50000 in advance of its release. Hyundai has additionally disclosed that the Tucson will come in Platinum, Signature, and Signature AWD (diesel-only) trim levels. For the Indian market, the new Tucson is available with a long wheelbase and both petrol and diesel engine choices.
Both petrol and diesel engines are available for the Hyundai Tucson. 156 horsepower and 192 nm of torque are produced by the 2-liter petrol engine with natural aspiration. It comes with a 6-speed automatic transmission. A 2-liter diesel engine generates 416 nm of torque and 185 horsepower. It connects to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The Tucson provides Multi-Terrain Modes (Snow/Mud/Sand) and HTRAC All-Wheel Drive (AWD).
A large, camera-equipped parametric grille with the Hyundai emblem is added to the front. While the LED headlights are positioned lower on the bumper, the LED DRLs are built into the grille. 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels are added to the side, and a chrome strip runs from the window line to the C pillar. A shark fin antenna, T-shaped LED taillights with a connected thin LED strip, and a rear spoiler that perfectly conceals the rear washer and wiper are all included on the rear. The best in its class wheelbase, at 2755mm, should result in ample space in the back.
Dual-tone black and grey dominate the inside. Hyundai Blue Link connected car technology, Android Auto, Apple Carplay, and a tonne more are all included on the 10.25-inch touchscreen. Other features include touch-sensitive buttons for dual-zone automated climate control. Tucson’s air vents also have a multi-air setting for soft airflow. The Hyundai Tucson is equipped with cutting-edge technology including remote engine start with key, hands-free tailgate operation, rain-sensing wipers, automatic parking brake, and 64-color ambient lighting. Additionally, it has a passenger walk-in feature that allows the front passenger seat to be moved by the back passenger to create more room for the legs.
