Hero Xpulse 200 4V Gets New Updates
The most noticeable difference is the new 4-valve overhead design, which replaces the previous model’s 2-valve setup. As a result, the 199.6cc air- and oil-cooled single-cylinder engine in the 2021 XPulse 200 now produce 19.1PS and 17.35Nm, up 1.02PS and 0.9Nm from the previous model.
For increased acceleration, the gearbox and gear ratios have been changed. The oil cooler has also been upgraded to keep the engine running at peak efficiency.
Aside from the engine upgrade, the XPulse gains improved functionality such as an integrated start and kill switch. This is not only more convenient, but it also makes the switchgear appear cleaner. The LED headlight comes next. While it had adequate throw and spread, Hero claims it has been improved for visibility.
The bike’s seat profile has been slightly altered. It is now 2mm taller at 825mm than before.
