The 2021 Streetfighter comes in both V4 and V4 S versions in India. The V4 costs Rs 20 lakh, while the V4 S costs Rs 23 lakh. The Dark Stealth color option will be Rs 20000 costlier.
A few days before launching, dealerships began taking Streetfighter bookings with delivery scheduled to begin as soon as showrooms can be opened. Even the Streetfighter V4 and V4 S have a small inventory in Ducati since the current pandemic causes confusion.
The Streetfighter V4 also gains from the inclusion of a new Dark Stealth, along with the regular Ducati Red, in addition to a Euro5 engine. The Dark Stealth system consists of a matte black finish that gives the V4 S the ultimate all-black appearance.
In addition to a Euro5 compliant, the Streetfighter V4 has been added a new Dark Stealth color scheme. The Dark Stealth system consists of a matte black finish that gives the V4 S the ultimate all-black appearance.
The bike still keeps the same power and torque, although different revs are reached. At 13 000 rpm (250 rounds/min) the 208hp peak output is now reached, while the 122nm peak power of 9500 rounds/minute is 2000 rounds/minus in the revolving range of Euro4. Ducati has chosen to use bigger catalysts in the exhaust system to reverse the new regulations. It has modified materials to enable the machine to properly enable the emissions of the engine. The rear bank of the cylinders now has a shorter and narrower manifold than the motorcycle type Euro4.
As both the bikes share the same chase and features, Ducati Streetfighter V4 is essentially a Panigale V4 that does not have a fairing. The Streetfighter V4, however, has a new V-shaped LED DRL on the lamp headlight. The bike front is completely different, with the Streetfighter fuel tank and tailpiece identical to the one in the Panigale V4.
Ducati is also equipped with a 43 mm Showa upside-down front and a Sachs mono-shock in the back, all fully controlled and equipped with a steer. Brembo’s Stylema Monobloc caliper with 330mm and 245mm front and rear disks control the brake mechanism on the super naked motorcycle. The new Ducati Streetfighter V4 offers features including switchable mode (sport, race, street), 6-axis IMU system, cornering ABS, Quickshifter, EVO electronic devices, and the newest generation traction control.
The higher-spec V4 S also includes the electronically controlled Ohlins suspension, Ohlin’s headset, and the lightweight cast-aluminum wheels from the Marchesini.
