Citroen C5 Bookings Open With Amount Rs 50,000
Citroen C5 Aircross is now available for booking, and the reservation amount is Rs 50,000. Interested customers can book the SUV flagship of Citroen at the dealerships of a business or on the website of Citroen India.
Citroens provides a Complementary Maintainance Kit to those who book between March 1 and April 6. It is a maintenance of 5 years/ 50000 Km for those who take the delivery by June 30. Unsubstitution of parts listed in the vehicle service plan, but not facilities such as wheel changing and balance is part of the free maintenance program.
The C5 Aircross is available in two separate models –Feel and Shine. There are plenty of basic kits available from automotive wiper and lights, 18-inch alloys, 12.3-inch digital dials, an 8.0-inch touchpad, a driver’s seat powered by power, dual-zone climate control, 6 airbags, ESC, and more. The Shine just adds a panoramic sunroof and parts like Lead headlamps.
The C5 Aircross is available in 7 exterior color shades, 3 single-tone, and 4 double-tone. Pearl white in single and double tones, Cumulus gray in single and double tones, Tijuca blue in single, dual tones, and Pearl Nera black are available as paint options.
For India, a single diesel engine is available for C5 Aircross. This unit is a 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder diesel that has a torque of 177hp and 400Nm. A basic 8-speed automatic gearbox, with a fuel economy of 18.6kpl, claimed by Citroen in ARAI.
The C5 Aircross is the first Citroen product for India and prices should begin around Rs 30 lakh. The SUV is imported into India through CKD and assembled in the Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, CK Birla factory. In the coming weeks, the company should announce the SUV prices.
The C5 is fitted with a 3-year/1 lakh km regular warranty and roadside assistance. The SUV will be sold in 10 cities across the country through its La Maison dealerships. The auto manufacturer newly opened its shop in Chennai at La Maison.
