BYD Atto 3 India To Launch On October 11
On October 11, 2022, a new player in the EV market named BYD (Build Your Dreams) will introduce the Atto 3 electric SUV for the Indian market. It will compete with the MG ZS EV and the Hyundai Kona Electric in India, and insiders predict that its price would fall between Rs 30 lakh and Rs 35 lakh (ex-showroom). After the e6 MPV, the Atto 3 is BYD’s second model in India’s passenger car market.
The nearly 4.5m-long BYD Atto 3 electric SUV is now available for purchase in right-hand-drive nations including Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. The all-electric e6 MPV, which was recently introduced for private buyers for Rs 29.15 lakh (ex-showroom, India), will join the Atto 3 at BYD’s facility in Sriperumbudur near Chennai. The Atto 3 will arrive in India via the SKD (semi-knocked down) assembly method. Beginning early in 2019, deliveries of the BYD Atto 3 EV SUV are anticipated.
With the first sales and service facility being operational at Okhla in New Delhi, Landmark Cars has begun building BYD stores throughout India. There are plans to establish showrooms in Thane, Noida, and the Kalina neighborhood of Mumbai. In India, Landmark Cars also serves as the primary dealer for Mercedes-Benz, Jeep, and Volkswagen vehicles.
