Benelli has launched the BS6 model of it’s bestselling motorcycle in India, the Imperiale 400.
The BS6 variant of the Benelli Imperiale 400 has been launched and it comes with a few tweaks here and there. The motorcycle comes equipped with the same LCD cluster which provides essential info related to the motorcycle and the same retro styling with chrome inserts here and there.
The BS6 Benelli Imperiale 400 is now powered by a BS6 compliant 374 cc, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine which is capable of producing 21 PS of power and 21 nm of torque. In the BS6 update the engine gets a new catalytic converter and O2 sensors.
The motorcycle is being offered in three colour schemes: Black, Silver and Red.
The prices for the Benelli Imperiale 400 start from Rs 1.99 Lakhs (ex-showroom), that is a hike of over Rs 20,000 over the older model. To counter that Benelli is offering a 3-Year unlimited kilometres warranty as standard.
