Bajaj-Triumph First Motorcycle To Make Its Global Debut On June 27
The debut of Bajaj-Triumph’s first motorcycle has been the subject of several rumors for years.
Rajiv Bajaj, CEO of Bajaj Auto, recently stated in an interview that the new Bajaj-Triumph motorcycle that has been sighted testing in India will be officially launched by Triumph in London “by the end of June, perhaps on June 27.”
The bike would go on sale around the second quarter of this fiscal year, he noted. Additionally, Rajiv Bajaj made a suggestion that additional bikes are being developed and may be released in the second quarter.
The Bajaj-Triumph Scrambler has already been sighted testing frequently in India. Recent spy photos revealed the bike to have attractive proportions. The current Triumph Bonneville range of motorcycles appears to have served as inspiration for the design.
The riding position on this test bike also appears to be quite relaxed, but it appears that there isn’t much room for the pillion.
The bike’s engine is anticipated to be a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 300-400cc unit. Once it goes on sale, this bike should be the most reasonably priced Triumph available.
