2021 BMW R 1250 GS And R 1250 GS Adventure Launched
In India, BMW Motorrad has released mildly modified 2021 versions of its R 1250 GS and R 1250 GS Adventure motorcycle.
The 2021 BMW R 1250 GS And R 1250 GS Adventure have long been popular with ADV customers around the world, and India is no exception. Both bikes have been modified by the German manufacturer. The R 1250 GS retains its previous price of Rs 20.45 lakh, but the Adventure’s price has increased by Rs 5,000 to Rs 22.40 lakh. These are introductory costs, and they are likely to rise in the coming months.
Both the motorcycles and their prices have undergone modest adjustments. Updated electronics include a new Integral ABS Pro mode, Eco riding mode, Hill Start Control Pro, and Dynamic Engine Brake Control for the two of them. Cornering lights are now available to buyers.
Style Triple Black and Style Rallye are two new color options as well. The 1250 GS models will also receive ’40 Years GS’ special editions for the first time in India, though the price has yet to be revealed. The color scheme is distinctive, with a yellow-tinted visor, yellow seat, engine guard, and golden spoke wheels.
The rest is the same, thus both models are powered by a 1,254cc boxer engine that produces 136hp and 143Nm. BMW’s ShiftCam variable valve timing technology is used in this engine. The Adventure has more suspension travel, a larger fuel tank, a higher seat height, and more robust crash protection than the other two versions.
