Honda CR-V Special Edition Price Starts From Rs 29.50 Lakh
The Honda CR-V Special Edition will be sold in India shortly, and will also be a small-scale model. Prices start at Rs 2 9.50 (ex-showroom, Delhi) on limited edition CR-V-around Rs 1,23 lakh above the current CR-V. Rs 29.50 lakh Furthermore, sources tell us that the styling of the CR-V Special Edition is based upon the CR-V façalift sold abroad.
Last year in foreign markets, Honda unveiled the CR-V facelift, and some cosmetic tweaks included a more aggressive front bumper, a revamped rear bumper, less nose-chrome, and darkened elements in the headlights. Few slight cosmetic tweaks also occurred in the cabin.
Honda did not adjust the SUV mechanical.
For India, the front lift vehicle, a special issue, will continue to use the 2.0-liter natural petrol engine of the current model. This unit has a torque of 154hp and 189Nm and is supplemented by a CVT gearbox. The current CR-V was available with a front- and all-wheel-drive diesel engine option, but these models have been withdrawn from the line-up with the change from BS6.
The SUV will also obtain additional equipment and cosmetic elements as a limited edition model. The special edition models come from a kit according to our source, such as a hands-free rear door, a powerful front passenger seat and LED headlights for active corners, front parking sensors, and a folding car-wing mirror. The SUV is also packed with cosmetic accessories including running boards and door sills.
It is also anticipated that the Honda CR-V special edition will come in small quantities, with about 45 units from our sources.
The latest fifth-generation city is Honda’s most important launch in 2020. Furthermore, the car manufacturer upgraded its current line-up to meet BS6 emission requirements and upgraded some of their cars – Jazz and WR-V.
Recently, the carmaker launched a Honda Amaze special edition on the market with some more cosmetic bits and equipment.
