The midsize Ciaz from Maruti Suzuki has been redesigned with more basic safety features and more paint colour options.
ESP and Hill-Hold Assist are now standard across all variations for the Ciaz, which previously came with them exclusively in the automatic versions.
On the top-spec Alpha model of the sedan, Maruti Suzuki also provides dual-tone colour choices in addition to the safety features.
With increased competition in the midsize car market, Maruti Suzuki is attempting to keep the almost nine-year-old Ciaz modern with these upgrades.
ABS, ISOFIX child-seat anchorages, and dual front airbags are still available on the Ciaz.
Be aware that the majority of its competitors, at least on their pricier models, provide up to six airbags.
Only the top-spec Alpha version has the dual-tone option, which costs Rs 16,000 more than the regular paint.
