2023 Triumph Street Triple India Launch Soon
The launch of the 2023 Triumph Street Triple line-up in India has been delayed by several months, but it appears that the bikes will make their Indian debut soon. According to sources, the R model would be priced between Rs 10 lakh and Rs 10.30 lakh, while the RS will be priced between Rs 11.60 lakh and Rs 12.60 lakh. Prices will rise by between Rs 50,000 and Rs 1 lakh, depending on the version.
The liquid-cooled, 765cc three-cylinder engine in the new Triumph Street Triple R produces 120hp, while the Street Triple RS produces 130hp. Power has increased by 2hp on the R and 7hp on the RS, but peak torque stays the same at 80Nm. The 6-speed gearbox comes standard with an up/down quick shifter in both models.
In terms of technology, the bike now has IMU-assisted cornering ABS and traction control. The Street Triple R now has four ride modes: Road, Rain, Sport, and Rider (all of which are fully programmable). The RS, on the other hand, features an extra Track mode. All of the electronics settings are accessible via a 5-inch color TFT display on the RS, whereas the R has a more simple LCD display.
