2022 Maruti XL6 To Launch In April
The upgraded XL6 is slated to hit the market in late April. The XL6’s price will be announced once the upgraded Ertiga hits the market, which is expected to happen in the following weeks. While the 2022 XL6 may not receive significant visual changes, it may receive significant engine upgrades.
The 2022 Maruti XL6 will have minimal cosmetic changes, including a new grille and redesigned bumpers, like with typical mid-cycle facelifts. The company is anticipated to provide bigger alloy wheels, similar to those seen on the Indonesian spec car in the photo, to give it a better stance.
The most significant alteration is likely to occur beneath the skin. The new XL6 might have a more fuel-efficient 1.5-liter petrol engine, as we previously reported. A new 6-speed torque-converter automatic will also replace the outdated 4-speed torque-converter automatic.
Maruti Suzuki plans to release six new models by mid-2022, including the new XL6. The Baleno CNG, upgraded Vitara Brezza, and DualJet-equipped Ignis and S-Presso are among them. Maruti will unveil the all-new Creta-rivaling midsize SUV later this year, which is being developed in conjunction with Toyota.
The 2022 Maruti XL6 will compete with cars like the Mahindra Marazzo, Kia Carens, and its brother, the Ertiga, which is also getting a makeover. The MPV will be available through Maruti’s Nexa premium dealership network.
