2022 Maruti Suzuki Breeza ‘s Launch Is a Real Boom!

There were numerous fresh releases and revelations during the last week, making it nothing short of spectacular. One of these vehicles was the facelifted Maruti Brezza, which has advanced significantly in all areas. The Brezza, which costs between Rs 8 lakh and Rs 13.8 lakh, has unquestionably gotten more expensive. Currently, Maruti Suzuki has over 45000 reservations for the small SUV, with 4 reservations being made per minute! With this many reservations, we anticipate a major increase in waiting times.

Comparing the 2022 Maruti Suzuki Breeza to the current Brezza, significant design changes are made. It is about 40 mm larger than the previous version, measuring 3995 mm in length, 1790 mm in width, and 1685 mm in height. The 2,500 mm wheelbase is unchanged. The upright bonnet at the front is reminiscent of the modern Brezza. It has a redesigned grille with interior chrome details. The brand-new headlights feature crystal block DRLs and dual-LED projector modules. 16-inch alloy wheels with diamond cuts are present on the side. Silver roof rails and black side paneling are additional features on the side. Split LED taillamps with a black outline are added to the back. The word “Brezza” is written in the space between the taillights. The location of the number plate housing has changed to the bottom of the boot.

Major renovations are also made to the interior, which now features a dual-tone brown and black design. A huge, free-standing, 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system called the Smart Play Pro+ takes center stage. The HD screen features “Arkamys” surround sensing for voice controls and sound adjustment. Telescopic and tilt steering are both available. The instrument cluster has a large color MID and is comparable to the unit found in more recent Marutis.

The 2019 Brezza has a tonne of goodies, like automated climate control, auto-folding mirrors, auto-dimming IRVM, a 360-degree parking camera, 40+ connected car capabilities, a HUD, wireless charging, and auto headlights, to name a few. A new 1.5L Dual Jet, Dual VVT petrol engine from the K-series with idle start/stop technology powers the new Brezza. It has 136nm of torque and 101 horsepower. It has a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission with paddle shifters or 5-speed manual transmission.
