2022 Jeep Meridian To Launch In India By June
According to media reports, Jeep will most likely release the Meridian 7-seater SUV in June of this year.
The Meridian is a three-row Compass with three rows of seats. In some global markets, it is also known as the Commander. The SUV will most likely be available in 6- and 7-seat configurations.
The Meridian’s design is similar to that of the Compass. It has a slimmer front grille with LED headlamps and a more upright rear fascia with slim tail lamp clusters. The car has a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment head unit on the inside.
The 2022 Jeep Meridian will be powered by a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder diesel engine with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system. The engine will most likely be mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission.
The Jeep Meridian will compete with the newly released Skoda Kodiaq, Toyota Fortuner, and MG Gloster.
