2021 Jawa 42 Launched AT Rs 1.84 Lakh-Gets Tubeless Tyre
It was reasonably inevitable that Jawa Bikes, by the name of Classic Legends, would be replaced when the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and the Honda CB 350 arrived. The company has launched the 2021 Jawa 42 at Rs1.8 Lakh(ex-showroom, Delhi). The latest Jawa 42 is Rs 7000 costlier than the Jawa 42 Dual Channel ABS.
The 2021 Jawa Comes in three new colors: Orion Red, Sirius White, and Allstar Black. The new bike also gets a Camouflage Black theme and a sporty alloy wheel. Jawa also provides accessories such as a blurred windshield, a front grill, an engine guard, saddlebags, and a grab rail. The switchgear also is redesigned and has two trip meter controls. The seat foam on the saddle is now thickening for additional support. Furthermore, white rim stripes, along with “Classic Legends” and”42,” have been applied to the tires.
For the 2021 Jawa, the tube tire is replaced with a tubeless tire. Jawa also says that the frame has been improved in strategic areas and the front suspension preload has also been modified. Along with the new version, the older version is also available for sale.
Mechanically, the motorcycle comes with the same liquid-cooled 293cc one-cylinder engine. However, Jawa engineers have managed to give it extra power which now produces 27.33 PS as compared to the previous model which was producing 26.51PS. A 6-speed transmission continues to be used.
The older Jawa 42 retails for the single-channel ABS edition at a base price of INR 1,63,287, and it extends to the INR 1,77,157 for the ABS versions of the two channels (both rates, ex-showroom New Delhi), based on the color selected.The 2021 Jawa 42 on the other hand is only available in one single edition with dual channels ABS, and prices are higher than the standard model at Rs1.84 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
