2021 Ferrari supercar To Unveil On June 24
Ferrari will reveal its next “revolutionary” supercar on June 24, 2021. Details on the next model still have to be confirmed by the company, but a teaser film featuring world champion David Tonisza of F1 Pro Series 2019 suggests that it will be a drastic break from the present brand.
The video does not show the automobile itself, but it seems that the Ferrari esports driver is seen utilizing the actual steering wheel of a car and contains a short audio clip of a fired engine.
The first hybrid supercar, confirmed by Ferrari in 2018, is quite likely to be the new model. The new automobile is often referred to as the F171 – it’s the first one from the Dino to utilize six-cylinder systems, and the second electrically-only hybrid, following the SF90 Stradale. The new vehicle uses the sole electric V6 powertrain.
In order to compete against McLaren Artura, the automobile uses a twin turbo-loaded 3.0-liter V6 and a single electric engine with a total output of about 710hp. This new model is solely rear-drive, as opposed to the all-wheel-drive SF90.
It’s unknown at present if the engine is going to be a completely new production for Ferrari, or whether it is connected to the 3,0-liter Nettuno of the Maserati MC20, but without hybrid support.
In the next Purosangue SUV, the hybrid powertrain will also be a crucial element for subsequent electro-generation initiatives, which include an entirely electric vehicle by 2025.
