BMW Motorrad has been spotted testing it’s G310 twins, the G310 GS and the G310 R in India for the first time.
The bikes were spotted on the road with a few visual updates. Both the bikes receive updated headlights with a sharp LED cluster design and wore no camouflage, indicating that the motorcycles are nearing production and will be launched in the Indian market soon. The motorcycles were spotted testing in Europe a few months ago.
The 2021 BMW G310 GS has new side panels with sharper and a more edgy design with a narrower beak integrated onto the front.
The 2021 BMW G310 R has the same bodywork as before with a new LED headlamp being the only visual update, as visible in the photos.
The engine on both the bikes are also supposed to get a BS6 update along with a bump in power figures. Other than that we expect BMW to offer, Bluetooth enabled TFT colour display and new colour options for the G310 twins.
The launch date has not yet been disclosed, but we expect the motorcycles to be launched around September-October 2020.
As for the pricing, BMW Motorrad may price the motorcycles more competitively to make them more appealing price-wise, compared to the Royal Enfield Himalayan and the KTM 390 Adventure.
