2020 Honda WRV To Be Launched Soon. Expect Price Hike.
Honda is gearing up to update all of its cars to BS6 and the WRV seems to be one of the first vehicles to get a BS6 update after the upcoming 2020 Honda City.
The WRV comes with two engine options, one is a BS6 compliant 1.2 petrol motor that produces 90bhp of power and the other one, surprisingly a diesel engine that produces 110bhp of power. It seems that Honda has decided to keep it, unlike some other manufacturers who have removed diesel engine options from their cars due to additional costs. There is no plans of an automatic gearbox and both the engine options come with a 5-Speed manual gearbox.
Visually there are some major changes such as, chrome elements on the front with updated headlight design and a LED tail lamp and new bumpers on the front and the back. As for the interior designs and features it will feature Steering-Mounted Audio Controls, Cruise Control, Push-Button Start, An 7.0-inch Touchscreen Infotainment System with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Sunroof and Rear AC Vents, Safety features include Dual Front Airbags, ABS with EBD, Rear Parking Sensors and a Rear Parking Camera.
As for the pricing, expect a price hike compared to the outgoing models which are available at a price of Rs 8.16 Lakhs to Rs 10.48 Lakhs.
